Hi, I'm Reo. I live in Osaka, Japan. I've led sales for an agency, and I run a small business of my own. This site is about simple ways to find clients and follow up, for freelancers and small teams.

Who I am

• From 2025 to 2026, I led sales for a social media management agency. That meant many conversations with business owners.
• I run a small marketing service for local businesses in Japan. The work covers social media management, landing pages, and Google review management.
• I'm also a web developer. I built a Google review management tool (a small SaaS product) on my own, from zero.

Why this site exists

When you sell your own work, keeping track of who you talked to and when to follow up is easy to let slip. I want to help you set up a simple system for that, and choose a CRM only if you actually need one.

What you can expect

• Honest notes on tools: what they do well, where they fall short, and who should skip them.
• A clear "(paid link)" label next to every affiliate link.
• Plain English, with no hype.

How I make these articles

English is my second language. I use AI (Claude) to help me draft and polish my articles so they read clearly. Then, for every article:

• I check every claim, such as features and plan limits, against the vendor's official pages.
• When I write about a tool, I say whether I've used it myself.
• When I show a tool's screen, it's a real screenshot, not a mockup.

Prices and features change often, sometimes right after I publish. Always check the vendor's own site for the current price before you buy. If you spot something out of date, please let me know and I'll fix it.
